Ed and Ed Fashions and Embroidery(Ed-Ed-Fashions) was founded in 2007 by Edith and formerly registered in 2013 in Clayville, Olifantsfontein as a 100% black owned company.

The organization is run and managed by Edith Ntsoko who is the cornerstone of the business. She qualified with a national diploma in dress making followed by a fashion design diploma from the former Setlogelo Technikon now Technikon North West.
