Designing
The manufacturing of any garment start with the drafting and pattern grading process. The drafting is the drawing of garments to scale, mainly front view, back view and side view outlining the dimensions and specifications required.
The pattern grading involves using a master pattern to increase or decrease the size of the pattern using grading rules but retaining the proportion of the original master pattern.
Sewing
This department deals with cutting material as per the produced patterns and putting the garments together through the sewing. Various sewing machines are used to produce a fully manufactured garments such as straight machine, over-locker machine and cover seam machine.
Digitizing
The department deals with embroidery digitizing which is the process of converting an artwork from any format i.e. jpeg, pdf, or word into digital data that informs computerized embroidery machine how to move during the embroidery process.
Embroidery
This is the process of using a needle and thread to sew a pattern that has been digitised into a base material/fabric.
Quality Control and Packaging
Through each and every process above quality of the garment is controlled to ensure that the garment quality is 100% at the packing stage.
